How long does delivery from China to Minsk take?

The average term is 14-18 days. The exact time depends on the route and type of cargo.

Is it possible to track the cargo in transit?

Yes, all cargo is equipped with GPS trackers. You can track the movement in real time through your personal account or mobile application.

Safety and guarantees

What to do if the cargo is damaged during transportation?

We insure the cargo, which ensures that risks are minimized. The risk of damage is also reduced by: Professional packaging and fastening; Cargo insurance (included in the basic tariff); 24-hour monitoring of transport. In case of force majeure, the insurance company will compensate for the damage within 5 days.

Does your equipment comply with environmental standards?

Yes, our fleet (300+ units) complies with Euro 5/6 standards, which reduces CO₂ emissions by 30% compared to conventional trucks.

What documents are required to place an order?

To get started, you will need: Invoice with a description of the cargo; Your company details; Contact information of the recipient. We will prepare the rest of the documents ourselves.

Are there any hidden fees in the rates?

No, our rates are completely transparent. You pay only for the services specified in the contract.
